The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the equipment. However, we do cover motor control boards, control panels, and motors. This includes all mechanical and electric systems.

Plastic covers, shrouds, and other cosmetic components. We guarantee these pieces will be present and free of defects upon arrival. If the plastic covers, shrouds, and other cosmetic components break during the shipping period, it will be covered. Headphone Jacks / iPod connections and USB connections are not covered.

Our pre-owned equipment also goes through a 25-point process to ensure all equipment is brought back to a fully functional condition. The equipment is partially disassembled, cleaned, and fully tested.

The equipment is fully inspected and will have no worn grips or tears in the upholstery. All belts, chains, bearings, bushings, batteries, adjustment parts, and electronic components have been checked for defects and will meet all manufacturer specifications. As a result of our certified pre-owned process, we are also able to provide a 90-day warranty with our equipment.

All strength equipment will be inspected and have no tears in the upholstery or worn handgrips. All cables and Kevlar belts will be cleaned and inspected to make sure they are in safe working condition. Pulleys, bushings, bearings, pop pins, and parts will be inspected to ensure they are in proper working order. Lastly, the painted surfaces will be touched up to above-average or excellent condition. As a result of our certified pre-owned process, we are also able to provide a 90-day warranty."
